Other programs or books I have explored all had great formulas and LOTS of SHOULDS- including defining the best niches to make money. It all sounds great on paper but does not allow for individual creativity and strengths to play a role. I became depressed and bogged down with have to’s and felt like I could not become successful – those rules did not land for me!
It was pure joy to discover that it is really OK to be me and approach life in ‘My Natural Way ‘, and that I have not got to ‘try’ so hard to fit my perception of what successful looks like. It feels like putting on a favourite shirt – it fits me well and is so comfortable.
What would you say to another coach to recommend Your Natural Way to get clients™?
If you want to discover your way of getting clients and how to use your way, I recommend it. And as a side bar - you will discover more about who you are in all areas of your life! It just oozes in all your life. Enlightens you of who you are. It also offers more questions for you...this is valuable for you to evolve! Those questions that you ponder create more options for your earthly journey. I love classes that do focus on a certain goal and dribbles to other areas. Excellent program to get away from all the should's and have to’s . This program really helps you step into a bigger picture of being who you are , then from there help you unfold what works for you individually to get clients. Assumptions and judgements? I assumed that I had to ‘finish’ with the last module to move on to the next. I call this my ‘finisher gremlin’, who likes to progress neatly, linearly from one task to the next. I now see this work is ongoing, and that it’s not about being finished as much as increasing my awareness of interacting with people/clients and knowing now where to tweak it.

6 month Intermediate Small Group Coaching:
I am really impressed by how useful the course has been in helping me understand what sort of clients I am looking for and where I might find them. I would have spent a long time doing the one thing that wouldn't have brought me clients if I hadn't done the course.
I have learnt from the other participants and find it really helpful talking to other coaches with very different practices to mine.
Finally, Damien & Penny make a great team. Damien is always very funny and willing to challenge and Penny is always insightful.

We are assuming that you have been on other practise building/client getting programmes. So what was the difference between Your Natural Way™ and other courses you have been on?
It feels effortless and a relief to realise that it doesn’t have to be difficult. I was trying to fit myself into their mould and when I didn’t fit I felt a failure.
Your Natural Way focuses first on the individuality of each coach as people, then allows for the exploring of what works best to develop and market a business. There are no shoulds or have tos!
Your natural way was about me! It wasn’t about ‘proven’ ways for someone else to succeed. It was about how I could succeed my way – easily! The sheer simplicity of it as a concept. It was a gentle reawakening to our true selves. And an introduction on how to explore and enjoy our gardens and plan from there.
Every class resonated really deep within my soul – I have always been a great believer in people knowing their own mind/path…they just need guides. And this course really confirmed that and provided two of the best guides I’ve ever had. Both Damien and Joseph are truly inspiring, encouraging and enabling – you really get the feeling that they see what’s inside, and they love it! I loved the fact that there was no ‘right’ way, and therefore no way of getting it wrong – this is so empowering after a lifetime of ‘trying to do it right’ and getting it horribly wrong!
What gripped me about the process was the fact that the approach that Joseph & Damien used was so smooth; as a participant I felt safe in the space that was created which in turn enabled me to show up & be my true self.
The idea that it can all be effortless after a few basic ideas are examined. The ‘in service of’ was very important to clarify. It was the step by step progression that really worked for me, building the process one step at a time. Bravo!
What were the best results that you got out of Your Natural Way to get clients™?
- Learning to TRUST my way...a natural way for me. Learning to have confidence in my way....with the first step as identifying what my way is. [SM, UK, April 07]
- I got me back – I was so busy ‘trying’ to be a certain way, I lost myself. Even to the extent my goal for the course was not what my intuition said to me – ‘get closer to being ready to attract clients’ – but something specific, measurable blah blah blah. And in the end I got exactly what my intuition knew I wanted and needed – and far more than I could ever have expected!
- I got ‘permission’ to listen to what I know, and a way to tap into my intuition to find out what I ‘know’. Invaluable
- The 2 best things I took away were: 1) Being Your Natural Way has to be the easiest way to stay on the mark both while getting clients & in every day life. 2) When a person is coming from a place of gratitude it becomes effortless to be Your Natural Way.
- For content, finding my solutions for me with your structures. I definitely feel assured and complete with being me. That that is enough. Very simple but powerful way you’ll created the space for these openings, learnings, wisdom. I also really liked the audiofiles for reviewing or if I had to miss class.
- When I realised that I am a bee. I thought that I should be a flower because of the attraction principles, whereas in fact I was always a bee when I was a nurse. I felt comfortable approaching the patients as a bee because I was more concerned about their state of being and comfort and wanted to help them feel better, and standing there like a flower wasn’t working.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
